Crespo Digital provides web design and development, local SEO, business automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement provided to you before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal. Late payments may result in a pause of work until the account is brought current. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as otherwise agreed.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from you. Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal; additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra fees.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, assets, or access (such as hosting or domain credentials) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing content or feedback may extend project timelines.

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding any third-party tools, licensed assets, code libraries, or frameworks, which remain subject to their own licenses. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Some services may rely on third-party platforms, such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or software subscriptions. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes made by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to advise you of any impact to your project.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crespo Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. If you terminate a project, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
